CHANGE YOUR BILLING METHOD TO CHECK PAYMENT
MONEY BACK OPTION
To cancel your account if it is less than 30 days old:
Log into control panel and use the Money Back option.
E-mail help@hostica.com (include user name and/or account number) stating you canceled and used the Money Back option. Refunds are not processed automatically. Please notify us via email.
CLOSE HOSTING ACCOUNT
Please note: As per the End User License Agreement and Terms of Service that you had agreed to upon signup (please see Terms of Service for details), there are NO REFUNDS for the current billing cycle under any circumstances.
To close the whole account and no longer be billed for hosting fees, remove all domains in the account and then send an e-mail to help@hostica.com (include login and/or account number) with the request to cancel the account.
To remove your domain from your account: (this does NOT cancel registration)
Log into your account at https://www.hostica.com/login.html
Click on the "Domains" icon.
Click on your domain name.
Click the "trashcan" icon to remove it.
Repeat for each domain name until there are no more domains in the account.
*** IMPORTANT: Please let us know to cancel now, or at the end of the billing cycle.
Account will be closed at end of billing cycle by default.
REMOVE CREDIT CARD
To avoid a charge to your card while processing your cancellation, change your account to check payment:
Log into your account at https://www.hostica.com/login.html
Click on the 'Billing Info' icon in the 'Quick Access' section.
Select 'Check' from the drop-down menu and click the 'Edit' button next to the box and confirm the information on the next screen.
SAVE YOUR DOMAIN NAME
If you registered your domain name through Hostica AND you want to keep the domain name, you MUST contact us at help@hostica.com. OTHERWISE you will lose the domain name.
TRANSFER CREDIT FROM CLOSED ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER HOSTING ACCOUNT
After you have closed the original account using the above steps, e-mail help@hostica.comwith the closed account number and the new account number that the credit will be transferred to.
