On some devices (And all Apple Devices), you will need to use your email addresses true hostname (with Apples latest updates, this will be true of all Apple devices). To find the true domain hostname for your Hostica email address, you will need to go into your control panel and select email:
On the following page, you will see your domain that is selected for the current email settings as well as your email hostname. Select the correct domain name and you will see the hostname for your Incoming POP3/IMAP Server and OutgoingPOP3/IMAP Server. Enter this instead of your mail.yourdomain.com hostname in whichever client you are using.
