Change Email Hostname in Outlook

To change your email hostname in Microsoft Outlook for an email address you will need to follow these instructions.

1. Click on Info then select the email address and go to account settings.

2. Select the email address and click on Change

3. Under Incoming Mail Server and Outgoing Mail Server input the correct or new hostname.

Then click next and Outlook will test the settings and make sure they are correct.
