If you like to use Gmail as your email client for all of your Hostica and domain email accounts, it is actually quite easy. And it means that instead of using Outlook or the WebMail client we offer here at Hostica (which is a good email client) having a Gmail that can send and receive emails from a unified app is a much simpler approach and very practical.
Using Gmail has several advantages:
1. if you already have a Gmail account, you know how to use it
2. it probably is already installed on your android phone so no extra setup required.
3. iPhones are easier to setup with Gmail than with your domain account.
4. Gmail archiving and searching are very handy.
5. You will be able to send email from your domain email account and it will not appear as coming from your Gmail account (this is a very import feature)
